Most people would assume protein bars, however, you may be surprised to learn that whole foods such as seeds, nuts and jerky take the top spots in protein per serving. Wholefoods also deliver protein with fewer additives and sugars.
Our number one recommendation is suitable for most diets – pumpkin seeds contain 30g of protein per 100g, making them an amazingly healthy and protein packed snack.
