Yes, the majority of customers have a credit account which means they enjoy the convenience of a single monthly consolidated invoice and payment. You can apply by filling in a simple form. Our terms are 30 days net which means you pay for your goods by the end of the following month you receive them.
Is this your full range?
No, our product range is changing all the time and not all products are listed on our website. Furthermore, as we’re a stockist with physical warehousing, if you love a particular product we don’t currently sell, we’re able to add it into stock for you.
Can I discuss this with anyone?
Yes, we’re a people business and have account managers and customer care representatives. Our account managers can discuss your requirements and objectives with you prior to becoming a customer. You will then retain the same account manager who stays on hand to ensure your account runs smoothly and you have a point of contact.

We delivery Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
Our account customers do not pay for delivery. We keep things simple, access your needs and deliver using our own vehicles in London and an overnight courier for areas we don’t cover ourselves.
Can I place one-off/ad-hoc orders?
Yes, you can place one off and ad-hoc orders even if you don’t have an account with us. Please visit our webstore.
What areas do you cover?
We deliver across the UK mainland on a next day service. For customers based in London, we generally use our own delivery drivers in a fleet of hybrid, electric and Euro 6 delivery vehicles. London based customers can also enjoy enhanced services such as our managed kitchen pantry service / re-stocking service.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend or order value. For non-account customers using our online store, we offer free carriage on all orders over £25.
Can you beat our current prices?
We’re certainly happy to help you save money by looking at the prices you currently pay. If you provide order and invoice information from your existing supplier(s), we will produce a proposal for your full requirements. It isn’t generally possible to undercut supermarket prices, as our service proposition is more aligned to corporate clients.
Do you offer fresh catering?
We offer fresh milk, dairy and fruit to our London-based customers and work through a carefully selected partner for other catering requirements, such as sandwiches and lunches for corporate events.
Is this a subscription service?
No, but we do offer a subscription service on a variety of snacks including our snack boxes and snack box add-ons. Subscriptions are managed via our webstore, where you will enjoy subscription discounts and can amend or cancel at any time.
What are your delivery charges?
We do not charge extra for deliveries and offer a variety of delivery options. Some customers prefer deliveries on a fixed day each week and others will request a date, especially if they’re holding a meeting or corporate event. For regular customers who we service using our own vehicles, our drivers get to know where you like goods placed. For our managed service customers we will even tidy up and put the goods away!
What are the sustainable benefits of using your company? Can you help us reduce CO2 emissions?
We have been measuring and calculating our own CO2 emissions since 2021, which has helped us make improvements to our own Scope 1, 2 & 3 downstream emissions. We also have an active ESG policy which is available on request. Our CEO is on a mission to find the healthiest and most sustainable snacks available. When evaluating brands and vendors we try to take into account food miles and brands that use sustainable production and farming methods. We always promote products that offer a better choice though our social media output and Snack IQ reporting service.
Do you offer catering requirements such as lunches?
We work with a carefully selected partner to provide fresh and hot lunches to our London based clients.

What do you do if some of the office snacks I have ordered are out of stock?
If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will tell you and offer an alternative. If you have a corporate event or function we will check availability and hand-hold your order from start to finish. Our average fulfilment rate on stock lines is around 95%.
